On May 20th, on this beautiful day filled with love and sincerity, the opening ceremony of the 7th Corporate Culture Festival of New Hope Group was grandly held at Chengdu Zhongding International.The group's chairman Liu Yonghao, executive vice president and chief operating officer Li Jianxiong, president of Caogen Zhiben Group Xi Gang, and other leaders attended the ceremony. More than 70 people, including senior executives from various sectors, senior employees, craftsman representatives, scientific research backbones, young employees, and representatives of overseas excellent employees from Vietnam, Egypt, and Indonesia, attended the event on site. The group's subsidiaries and employees at home and abroad watched the live broadcast online, joining this cultural event together. This cultural festival was jointly hosted by the group's administrative system, the group's labor union, and the Meihua Food sector.

The opening ceremony officially began amidst the stirring anthem of the company. Themed "Stay True to Our Original Intent, Cultivate Craftsmanship, and Create Together", this cultural festival is rooted in the group's over 40 years of development and accumulation. Closely aligned with the overall requirements of the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, it aims to unite people through culture, strengthen the foundation with craftsmanship, and drive development through innovation, injecting strong endogenous momentum into the group's long-term stable development.

The chairman delivered an opening speech, in which he fondly recalled the group's development journey over the past four decades. He emphasized that adhering to the original aspiration of industry and fulfilling the mission and responsibility are fundamental to New Hope's steady and long-term progress. Facing the new situation of deep industry adjustments and the accelerated emergence of new productive forces, the chairman put forward his ardent expectations:

With a long-term perspective, we navigate through industry cycles with determination. We cultivate craftsmanship in our positions, honing our skills and striving for excellence during the adjustment period. Embracing technological innovation and transformation, we seize opportunities presented by new productive forces, empowering industrial upgrading through technological innovation, and propelling the group from a "scale-driven" to a "value-driven" model.

The opening ceremony featured a specially designed roundtable discussion on corporate culture, where five outstanding employees, including a senior veteran, a craftsman leader, a young research doctor, a representative of overseas excellent employees, and a grassroots service benchmark, were invited to share on the same stage. Drawing from their professional experiences, they narrated authentic stories about adhering to quality, taking on responsibilities in adversity, tackling scientific research challenges, expanding overseas, and fostering team spirit. These stories vividly exemplified the spirit of New Hope people, who remain true to their original aspirations, strive for excellence, embrace innovation, and demonstrate dedication and commitment. This allowed corporate culture to take root at the grassroots level and permeate people's hearts.

At the end of the opening ceremony, all participants moved to the park square to release colorful balloons together. The colorful balloons, carrying dreams and blessings, rose into the sky, marking the official opening of the 7th Corporate Culture Festival of New Hope Group.
The current corporate culture festival will last until the end of July. During this period, rankings will be evaluated based on four dimensions: participation coverage, activity completion quality, online interaction popularity, and organizational execution strength. Honor incentives and recognitions will be set up to further promote cultural implementation, empower business operations, and unite efforts.
