Event Details: Employees are encouraged to shoot creative short videos featuring New Hope products. Use the hashtag #InnovationIsNewHope and post them on platforms such as Feishu Hope Circle, WeChat Moments, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu. Submit a link or screenshot of the video to the competition system for a chance to win a prize.
New Mechanism "Vitality Competition" - "Hope Encyclopedia" Q&A | Co-creators: Group and Human Resources and Administration Departments of each division

Event Format: Knowledge Point Collection with Prizes
Event Content: All employees are encouraged to submit "corporate knowledge such as work processes, production safety, and product standards" as reference for frontline operation guides, and "corporate knowledge such as HR, administration, and financial systems" as reference for functional operation guides. All employees are also encouraged to submit questions about the guides for a chance to win a prize. Ultimately, the results will be consolidated into the Feishu Knowledge Base as "Industry Resource Encyclopedia" and "Management Resource Encyclopedia."

The accumulated steps will be donated to the Group's designated public welfare projects; ② Caring for Employees' Mental Health: Encourage all employees to share their work methods (methods, activities, books, systems, etc.) for efficiency and stress reduction via the collection system.
