A successful conclusion! New Hope Group's 6th Corporate Culture Festival concluded!

This year's cultural festival, themed "Innovation is New Hope," was spearheaded by the Youth League Committee and the Labor Union, rather than the industry sector, for the first time. Launching on May Fourth Youth Day and lasting three months, it featured a series of exciting online and offline activities in the form of the "Five New Games":

These special events, centered around New Hope's "Five New Concepts," focused on culture, digitalization, products, customers, and employees, generated 452 outstanding employee-generated works from ten teams across the Group and industry sectors. At the closing ceremony, individual winners of each of the five events, as well as the overall winner for the most submissions, were awarded.

The closing ceremony of this cultural festival, combined with an "AI Finals" event, demonstrated New Hope's commitment to actively applying digitalization to its business operations.

 

Chairman Liu Yonghao delivered a speech, praising the event's innovation. He also outlined requirements for the new development of New Hope's 43-year corporate culture under the new landscape and instructed New Hope employees on how to embrace digital transformation, new productivity, and AI. He stated that as the digital and AI era dawns, we should actively explore. We should not only focus on driving the journey, but also look up and see the road ahead, understand industry trends, and creatively apply our proven experience to our business, striving to enhance our expertise in cold chain logistics, smart property management, and digital farming and production management.

Nearly one hundred partners and employee representatives participated in the event, creating a platform for friendly communication focused on serving customers, caring for employees, and showcasing our talents.

 

Chairman Liu Chang sent a congratulatory video, citing New Hope Liuhe's "Beautiful Farm" employee communication community, built through Feishu, as an example. He encouraged small innovations and encouraged employees' spontaneous collaboration and proactive digital adoption in recent years. He believed that the close interaction and harmonious atmosphere among global employees vividly embodied the wartime culture of "established by trust, enduring by love."

New Hope Group's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Li Jianxiong, delivered a summary report, noting that the New Hope Group Corporate Culture Festival, launched annually in 2020, is a core initiative showcasing the work ethic of New Hope's 100,000 employees. He then presented awards to outstanding employee representatives at the event, reaffirming New Hope's original aspiration for development through the New Hope Cultural Pyramid. He encouraged every employee, as a participant, practitioner, and beneficiary of culture, to better support the sustainable development of both individuals and the company through this festival, a celebration that belongs to us all.

From the "AI Finals" to the "Sichuan-Chongqing AI Super" competition, a multi-faceted collaboration concluded successfully.

 

The "Embrace AI" digital application finals, part of the "Five New Sports" event of this year's cultural festival, featured 61 AI cases collected by the Group and its various industry sectors. After training and rigorous selection, eight outstanding cases advanced to the finals, creating a thrilling cross-industry competition.

 

During the review session, Xi Gang, President of Caogen Zhiben and Chairman of New Hope Dairy, stated that the AI application scenarios presented by all teams are of great significance to corporate management and expressed hope that the outstanding cases would be promoted within the Group. Li Xuchang, Chief Digital Officer of New Hope Group, emphasized that enterprises must focus on integrated solutions and input-output ratios when using AI. New Hope's case studies demonstrated diverse value indicators, providing inspiration for AI applications in the real economy. The Group will continue to accumulate experience and promote it within the broader ecosystem.

Finally, the AI+ Efficiency Pioneer Award Ceremony for New Hope and Lark brought the event to a perfect close, showcasing the collaborative efforts of traditional brick-and-mortar businesses and internet technology companies to bring innovative value to the deep integration of the AI+ industry.
