New Hope Real Estate’s sales revenue in 2015 was approximately 7.366 billion yuan and it registered a year-on-year growth of 58% and still keeps great momentum of development. In 2016, it will go all out to realize a sales revenue of RMB 10 billion for the first time.

New Hope Real Estate has grown to become one of New Hope Group’s four major businesses since its foundation in 1998,. The business has accomplished strong growth in the scale of its assets and operations through continuously refining its focus and operations, and consistently delivering its pipeline of developments. Today, the diversified activities of the business comprise development, operation and management of residential real estate, commercial office buildings, hotels, niche markets, and industrial parks.

To date, New Hope Real Estate has developed 3.37 million square metres of real estate in centers including Chengdu, Shanghai, Kunming, Nanning, Dalian, Shenyang and Hohhot. Projects completed and to be developed are distributed in Chengdu, Kunming, Nanning, Dalian, Shenyang, Jinan, Qingdao, Wenzhou and Mianyang.

History

Over the past 17 years, every major event in the development of New Hope Real Estate has been aimed at improving the urban environment and promoting urban development.

1998

New Hope Real Estate’s first project, Jinguan New City, in 1998, epitomised high-end villas in Chengdu.

2000

New Hope Real Estate developed Siji Quanjingtai ("Four-Season Panorama Platform") in Shanghai and became the first Sichuanese company to expand outside its home province.

2001

New Hope Real Estate launched New Hope Garden in Shanghai, and was named one of the Top 10 Real Estate Brands.

2005

New Hope Real Estate became one of the Top 10 Enterprises in Real Estate sales and entered the markets of Hohhot and Kunming.

2009

New Hope Building and New Hope International were launched at the same time and became the top performers in office building sales.

2009

Shangding International, a project developed by New Hope Real Estate, won the national Lu Ban Award for Construction Projects.

2013

New Hope Real Estate launched Zitanshan (literally, "Red Sandalwood Mountain"), an urban landscape villa community at Qipanshan, Shenyang.

2014

Liti City (the "Three-dimensional City") in Wenzhou was launched and became the best-selling residential real estate in Wenzhou.

2015

With a price of 5.3 billion yuan, New Hope Real Estate won the tender for the "middle green axis" composite area in Wenzhou, which was the most expensive plot of the year.

2015

New Hope Real Estate also jointly secured a site with Greenland and China Railway Construction to further expand its local footprint in Chengdu.

2015

New Hope Real Estate and its partner VIMG acquired a site of nearly 50 thousand square meters in North Sydney, Australia, where they are developing The Landmark.
